Pickup and timing
Pickup and drop-off are available in Colombo, Negombo, the Bandaranaike Airport area, or Ratnapura. A Ratnapura-area tour normally takes about 8 hours. A return trip from Colombo can take around 11–12 hours because Ratnapura is approximately 2.5–3 hours away in normal traffic. Negombo and airport-area travel may take longer.
